Need Help With The /forum Command.

I have been a donator for nearly seven months now, and I have yet to receive my rank on the Forums. The command hasn't worked for me, and I'm starting to doubt if it will ever work for me. I have waited through multiple patches, and it still isn't fixed. I have already contacted support about it, I was told to wait until it was fixed. I have waited for several months already, and it hasn't been fixed.

I understand that there are more important things than giving donators their rank on the forums, but something that has been broken for several months should be fixed especially when it's linked to actual currency.

(Maybe it was fixed and I'm just stupid, but every time I use the command nothing shows up)

Your only option is follow support's advice. That's it. There are many donors who don't have their VIP/VIP+ rank on the forums, and they are all just sitting tight, waiting for it. I bought VIP months before I upgraded to VIP+, and I should have both tags, but, when there was a fix for the tags, I got the VIP+ tag and never got my VIP tag. Two weeks after that, /forum broke again. So, the bottom line is, it's cosmetic in the forums, it has a real effect of extra class slots in-game. If it's not broken in-game, chill out.

You could always modify your signature to say VIP or VIP+, too.

Unfortunately that won't change the fact that people who paid for VIP/VIP+ will want their full perks, especially since the perks are only cosmetic...
Heck, even I want that to work!

I've been a VIP+ for almost a year without the forum link, and yes I've gotten along fine without it, personally I don't mind so much because I know it doesn't really effect the gameplay.. But that doesn't mean it isn't a problem none the less.
People paying for this who know its cosmetic are expecting it to work, and they have every right to expect that.
When you buy something that promises the said features you would expect that you actually GET them.

I understand this is not completely the developers doing but after so much time people would expect it to be fixed, and rightly angered when they find out it isn't...

 

At no time, whatsoever, did I say that the forum rank was useless, nor did I ever intimate such. If you think that I have, you are sorely mistaken. Good luck to you and your I-want-my-issue-fixed-now tantrum. Issues that are not game breaking have always taken a back seat to those issues that are, and rightly so.
