Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The girl decides she's had enough of the heat, and goes to knock on the door. Though she keeps her hand ready on her tome should the people prove hostile.

 

Holding Katie by now, I stand up, adjust, and then sit back down, holding Katie and resting her head in my knees.

I look behind me to check if any fairies are there.

 

One of the people inside look at you through a peekhole.
"Another survivor? Come in, quick."
They swing the door open.

 

"This hiding place must be hidden very well in plain sight... either that or there actually isn't a way in or out."
Arnold looks around.

"Reminds me of a few things my own race did. Except they destroyed every world they set foot in. When things like that happen, your race gets a bad name... literally."

 

There's a partially visible possible exit, but someone's standing there in the way.
"It's hidden well."

Someone else reaches out to you telepathically.
"Don't shut me out. I'm trying to trace you and thus them..."

 

OOC: I meant what the place looks like.

"So what you are you going to do with me? Kill me anyway? Or just keep me here?"

"Who are you?"

 

"I see...mind telling me what the name is?"

OOC: It's a dark cave.

"I'm not sure. I was going to kill you, but that seems... ineffective."

"I've been hunting him for years. Almost got you..."

 

"Chrono Leeches. I prefer our real name, Krontyri."

"Do you have anything to replace the metal hand you destroyed?"

"Why have you been hunting him?"

 

"Nothing's here. There hasn't been anything here for eons. That's why nobody knows."

"You don't need to know. Come on... this is a bit trickier than I thought..."

 

"O-Oh, thanks." Katie says, sniffling.

Shortly after, Katie ends up falling asleep on Thirteen.

Katie seems quite peaceful, some of her hair falling into the water of the cave.

Fairies seem to be slowly gathering around you and Katie; they appear to be quite concerned about Katie, and slightly annoyed at you.

 

Ragnyon glances at the fairies nervously.

 

The fairies seem to be quite curious about Ragnyon, some even briefly flying up to her and flying away. They light the cave with their blue aura.

 

Ragnyon's suspicious of the fairies, but opts to leave them alone.

Spectral waters flow from Ragnyon's hands and into Katie's remaining wounds.

 

The fairies looks at the waters curiously, suspicious. Katie's wounds heal a lot faster than expected.

 

Ragnyon leaves a sphere of spectral water behind for the fairies to observe before leaving, phasing through the ground.

 

One of the fairies tries to follow, but gets confused as Ragnyon seemingly disappears.

 

Ragnyon goes back in the room, looking at the fairy curiously
"Hello, there." She whispers gently, smiling.

 

The fairy jumps back, startled.

"Um, hello." She tries to say, but she's incredibly hard to hear.

 

"It's okay, you don't have to be afraid of all ghosts."
She smiles.
