Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Oh. That was even more a waste of my time than it should have been."
I begin muttering things under my breath.

"Well, apparently he's dead anyways." I comment.

"Oh, Hail, Miss Leaf!" I say, realizing you're another person.

 

"Myria. And I'm more tied to death than I am to forest." Myria says, showing her fangs.

 

"Very well, Miss Myria. I am Dominus Terrae, Destroyer of Worlds. Or God of Destruction if you prefer that title. It is a pleasure meeting you."
I extend my hand for a handshake.

 

"As it is you, Dominus." Myria says, shaking your hand.

 

"Now then, have you any information on the new draconian race?" I ask.

 

"Uh... Are you okay?"

 

"Very much so." I reply, drawing another light sketch of a draconian corpse.

 

"I'm fairly new to them, actually. I'm sure Aj would have the most information, due to the amount of time he's spent with them. I'm sure you'll meet him soon." Myria says.

 

"Very well."

 

"You want to stay hidden?"

"Brought here by force, yes. I think I'll stay with this group though."

 

"Alright, then...
...did you just come for information?"

"Yes, I do."

"I mean, do you have anywhere else to be? If not, you may as well join our band."
"Assuming you can fight."

 

"Very much so." I reply, writing down several things that she previously said.

 

"Then, why are you so interested in me specifically? And what's an airship?"

 

"Do you know what a ship is, Ihra? As in, one on the water?"
I ask her.

 

"No, I don't. Is it like a boat?"

 

"Yes, it is. But a very big boat. 'Ship' is a term often used for a big boat used to carry several big items or groups of people across sea. Now, imagine that, but a few adjustments, a giant balloon-like object raising it up, and you've got an airship; a flying ship. Of course, like boats, they vary in size."
I say, explaining.

 

"So it's a big boat that flies?"
She's trying to sort it out in her head.

 

"A giant boat that flies, if you want simplest terms."

 

"That works. Thanks, Thirteen."

 

"If it helps you understand, then no problem."
I say, smiling.
