Need A Good Alkatraz Tank Build

Im lvl 89 (ill level up fast) and need a good tank/damage build with allatraz. High Health regen would ne nice, but damage is First. TY

 

Try using determination for boots, they are pretty good for regen and elemental defense, but it lowers melee and spell damage. You could use statue if you really really want health.
Use a 2 piece jester set for +200 melee damage. With a +2tier tisaun's proof this can wreck everything. You can go for 3 piece (+400 spell damage? or 300 idk) if you want spell damage instead. 2 piece jester set gives small health boost as well, but I'm not sure about 3 piece.

I use: Blue mask, Chestplate of Ineptitude, Vaward, and Statue (or virgo depends if you like walking and mana regen) for accessories I use 2 prisms, Prowess, and Golemlus Core. If you aren't 100 I would switch out Prism for either rainbow or something mana related if you like having mana the use again either some thing mana related or Laz brace instead of Prowess. This build does decent damage and you can take somewhat of a beating, but I made this build so I can use Guardian and rely on its regen for sustainability. So you can change alot of the items to become more elemental defensive instead of having the ability to use Guardian; you can also switch some accessories to mana stuff to kill before you get killed
Pros:
-Decent Damage (as in you gonna destroy anything no matter how much earth defense they have; may have some trouble with qira)
-You can stay alive for a bit longer than your typical 100% +attack speed/damage alk build

Cons:
-You are very slow (nothing new)
-Ranged mob that do alot of damage will most likely destroy you
-If you don't use Guardian you may have to figure some stuff out yourself as in modifications
-you need a good blue mask
-not alot of mana regen with the exact build

tl;dr: with the exact build you dish out pretty good damage with alk and stay alive for a while then run away and hide+heal with guardian
if you don't use guardian you might want to focus more on either int/mana regen or elemental defense

 

But without Guardian theres no health regen right?

 

I would say Greaves of Veneer are good pants, Shawl of Gaea is a good helm, Leo is a good chestplate, and i think either nethers scar or scorpio are good boots

 

(The build was really just a tank alk build that I altered to use Guardian)
Well theres some with golemlus core (like 120 i think) if you cant afford the guardian invest into more mana regen to kill faster or elemental defense to stay alive a bit longer.
Also if you want damage and tank you should look into a guardain+apoc build that is if you're ok with not using alk

I know that build but One question: the accesoires (you didnt write them here) are just for spell dmg, right? - sooo i could use jester combination for that too, right?

 

finesse rings, they give dex and int, needed for memento and electro

 

I have full jester set that gives me enough sp AND 300 spell dmg

One more question: Does it make sense to use greaves?! They have Around -18% Earth damage

they have only one tier, and they have -spell, right? Meh, I'd use memento, or maybe sodeta

 

Average is -30% spell thats VERY hard but they can have 2 tier

 

unobtainable, just use memento for mana

 

Yea, lel theyre the only thing with more than 800 Health

 

that's why memento is better than sodeta in a not-intel-mage build

 

The funny thing is im lvl 90 - cant use alka and memento AND i dont have mummys rag (got 1 Tier and threw them away) Edit: i didnt get 2 Tier greaves yet :D

 

when u can use alk, u can use meme

1. Become lvl 98 and buy chestplateofineptitude
OR
2. Start a new class to do mummy

just buy it?
