    So I was wondering if attack speed has a limit. Because I have a Chakram with +2 Tier attack speed and I have haste 2 because of that. So I was wondering if I added electrocharge greaves with +2 tier attack speed if it would make my attack faster or not.

    Super Fast and Super Slow are the absolute limit. You cannot go higher or lower than those speeds.
