High Damage Weathered Build

ok since i gave up on weathered (got bored) i am now gonna tell everyone my op build for it cuz why not
ITEMS-
weathered
spectre - neeeds atleast 34%+ spell damage
boosterplate - 20%+ walk speed
crystal - 3/4 mana regen and 55%+ reflction
steamjet walkers - needs atleast 10% spell damage
rings - 1) raging wind (from beyond the grave) 2) breezing hands (from the hive air voucher)
for the second ring , after the tier attack fix change it to another raging wind
bracelet - contrail
amulet - royal cyclone
Skill points -
100 agility , 30 intl , rest on dexterity

you get 14k multi hits
9k spin attacks
25k smoke bombs
(without crits)

and only 7k health but like 140 agility points which makes up for that

damn where does all that damage come from?

 

the tier attack speed
the air damage on the gear
and the spell damage
its not the highest damage but for a weathered build its a lot

 

How much does weathered cost usually

 

a bad one around 1-2 stax of le
a decent one around 2-3 stax of le
a good one 3-4 stax of le

I've had a weathered assassin hit my tank alk knight for around 15-17k in a vanish+spin attack ;-;

 

The most i did with spin attack is 12k probably used electrocharge greaves

 

How important are the accessories? I am using nearly the same build, but with Sagittarius instead, and mana regen and other walk speed accessories. I'm only getting around 9-11k (I know) multihits.

 

Only the breeze hands is a really important acceasory

 

What does it do? .-.

 

Tier attack speed. Makes ur spell damage super high
Also the negative melee damage only lowers your neutral damage which is not that high anyways

What would be an alternate for Weathered? like poor man build for it?
