A helm used to access the Maro Peaks.

 

The Climbing Helmet is a reward for completing the "Ice Nations" quest, found on the icy islands east of Selchar. This helmet allows you to access the level 60 island Maro Peaks, a location used in a few quests such as Zhight Island and Reincarnation.

 

A quest item you obtain by doing one of the ice nations quest ^, you'll need it to access Maro Peaks. Unfortunately I threw mine away before the /fixquests command, so I had to level another class just to get the helm again :/ If you've lost yours, just do /fixquests
