Build Bill Cipher Made Using An Armor Stand

First things first, would this be considered as Art or as a Build? Please let me know as soon as possible, thanks.

Anyway, let's get to the build/art! I recreated Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls using an armor stand.

I know it looks a bit off, but what can you do? This is probably the best representation of him in Minecraft that I could make.

That's it, I'll probably make more in the future.

On what server do you have that plugin?
The hypixel creative is down for a new server and the plugins dont quite work..

 

I use my own server for the plugin.

Sorry, but it's a private server; only my close friends and I are whitelisted.
It's easy to create your own server anyway. You just need to port-forward.

 

I find it hard to create one... any tutorials/tips you can give me to set one up?

 

All you need to do is look up "how to set up a spigot/bukkit server minecraft" on google and you should get some videos that show you how to set them up. Port forwarding is a whole other thing, you'll need to look that up separately. If you want, I could teach you how to port forward.
