    Salted doesn't actually make quests. He is more involved in to core mechanics of the game, such as mob fighting, storyline management et.c.
    GMs make quests. Builders build for GMs. Grian guides GMs. Salted hires GMs. Salted comes up with features for GMs to use. Jumla codes these features and mechanics. The end.

    I am learning spigot in hopes that eventually I can join the team. I'm only 13 so I realize that if I ever join it probably won't be for several years. At least by then I'll be very experienced lol.

    Sounds fun that you're getting in to coding! However, you'll need quite a few years on your back to even be considered a developer.
    If you continue learning different coding languages, it's a great thing to have on that CV.

    I am aware it would take years of experience which is why I am starting now. I know html and css styling and a bit of java, which I am also still learning.

    Since Grian guides GMs, who guide Builders, Grian directly controls Builders. Cities are made for quests and/or story. Plot twist evaded.
