Yay Broken Armor Textures

So this just happened:
Probably not deserving of it's own thread but I'm posting this anyways

 

Wait, what?

 

What's broken about it?

 

A level fifty-seven piece of diamond armor. For reference, these pants are only two levels below:

And these are chain

 

Oh, Pure armor was actually diamond in Pre-Gavel due to the level cap being at 75. Looks like they forgot to change it.

 

This was a piece of armour sold in troms pre-gavel. The devs didn't want to downgrade it to chain like they did for other pieces of armour because if they did they would have to change the name. That's eaiser said then done.

 

But why just one piece? more likely they just forgot about this piece than were just too lazy

 

Because it says Diamond in the name.

 

That is a terrible excuse. Literally every piece of 50+ armor beforehand was diamond, why is this the only one left?

 

Actually it's a pretty good excuse. I don't wanna buy "Pure Diamond Armor" and it ending up to be chain...

 

That's the main reason. All the others had names that allowed for change like Bad Wolf. However if a piece of armour said "Pure Diamond Chestplate" and was actually chainmail... there would be a lot more threads saying the devs messed up.

But again, there were other pieces of are with "Diamond" in their names, why did this one not get changed?
