Slow Speed Weapons

What are some super slow attack speed daggers above level 85? I'm trying to find some but it isn't working out

 

Assassin is class who attack faster.
Super slow attack speed daggers is not really usual.

 

The only super slow dagger I know is the Crossroad Killer.

Are you talking about weapons that are slower than the last major update, or are you just new about the tier attack speed mechanic because you sound new and I'm confused about your situation, tbh?

 

Most slow attack speed weapons are absolute garbage cause they have less spell damage and don't make up for it in melee DPS.

 

This is why we have +tier stuff

 

This man just called slow attack speed weapons garbage? Alkatraz, Grandmother, and Grimtrap! Although they're mythics they're prime examples of how anything works.

 

Attack speed ids don't actually boost attack speed, but instead boost spell damage because attack speed does this. I remember something about attack speed affecting life and mana steal but I'm not sure about that.

But yeah the main purpose is for spell damage

 

Higher attack speeds trigger life steal less often.

Thought it might have been that, but I wasn't sure. Makes sense, otherwise you'd just get high life steal and spell damage.

I've heard that on some weapons it has a visual difference, but the actual attack speed is just the same.

 

That's how the mechanic works. Weapons are selected to be slow, very slow, or super slow.

Daggers are generally fast overall, unlike Grimtrap or Poison Touch. Those are the only slow tier weapons I know over level 85.
