    You can always go to your nearest CVS or Rite Aid (in USA) or any technology like store... or any drug store I suppose and buy like a Visa Gift Card or something like that and put some money on it. Then make a paypal account and pay using that gift card number. That's what I've done in the past until I got my own credit card.

    2. I think paypal is the only way to buy items off the online shop. Note I said "maybe" which means there could be another way to pay

    I don't know if it still has it, but I think you can buy with international credit cards, that's how I bought it...

    If I am wrong please correct me.
