Wynncraft Excavation Site A Reference

    So I recently just finished this quest and I was wondering what movie this is based off of. The only movie that comes to mind is that one Scooby Doo movie where they raid a tomb to find a mummie. Does anyone else have any ideas?

    Or it could not based a movie at all, but instead real life archeologists or books?

    Although the Content Team has been known for making a lot of reference, especially to RPGs like Runescape, Diabolo & many more, not everything has to be referencing something

    Yes I know it could very well not be a reference to something, I just have this vague feeling that it does, and I want to hear other people's thoughts.
