Yea. "Good" Leo/Aquarius fits this build as one of the chestplates very well too.

 

Could this build be adapted to suit a Mage using Cascade and Mana Blast?

 

Perhaps Libra too? :3

 

hmm, I think this build suits to Cascade well, using leo/aquarius.
I think other build fits to Mana Blast, since it is very slow attack speed.

Also, Im gonna use a libra and some electrocharges should I:
- Use the leo for the health?
- Use the libra for the damage and defense?

Im not sure atm. on which. I think Ill do more damage than youll do either way ;) xD

 

umm, tbh, both is okay. It's all up to you.

 

But isn't attack speed going to be changed, in which the spell damage will no longer go up by insane amounts due to +tier items?

I'm saying that in the follow up update, it's most likely that the mummy's rag's +2 tier attack speed will become nearly useless and not increase spell damage. And I was expecting to write more but that's all I got ._.

 

There is no evidence that "+ tier boosts damage" thing will be nerfed. If that was nerfed, it would break entire game, since every weapons' damages are based on attack speed too. Only some weapons (especially alka/apo) are just too op right now.
And you know what powder is.
