Glitched Item?

I was given this item by a friend a while back but haven't been able to use it until now due to me being under leveled. I put it on and it had no affect on my stats. I checked the wiki and it should drastically increase my health but it doesn't do that. Does anyone know what is going on with it and/or how to fix it?

The thing is, it is a good legendary item that I would like to actually use if it actually worked :/

 

Its an old item its not a "glitched" item it doesn't give any gameplay advantages so why should he throw it away?

 

Fact: It's a pre-whatever-update item so It's practically useless. I did once acquire a similar existence, and I cannot either wear it, ID it, nor sell it.

TL;DR: It's just old and useless, not glitched.

IIRC, I've heard that they said they would fix it in due time. Also, this is definitely not 'ban' worthy as although it is a glitch, there is nothing to abuse.

 

you can keep the item if you want, the current system has some problems with items that have a letter with an accent.
I'm not sure if it will get fixed or not but keeping one item doesn't hurt.

As it were, that helmet is useless to you. You may keep it, but selling it will be entirely illegal.

I suggest keeping it because it could give you serious bragging rights, because most people don't have it.

 

It would not give bragging rights, really. Owning, say, a block of red wool would not either.

Well I keep my old items 'cause they have sentimental value to me.
