Buying Dyed Nether Armor For 1 Le | Aka Bunches Of Ppl Being Mean Abt The Price I'm Buying For.

I am offering 1 LE for a full set of dyed nether armor (don't hate Selvut says its the same amount as normal
so)

 

Hey just a tip I know everyone has heard of Selvuts preaches on the "true" price of Nether and Adventure Armor but everyone who has it doesn't listen to him so I don't think you will get one for 1 le, just saying I'm not hating or anything :3

 

You do realize its kind of unfair that something you bought for 32 EB is being sold for 4 stacks of LE :/ just because it's old....

But you see, its supply and demand.

Collectors want this item with virtually no supply. Its gonna go for high.

 

That doesnt mean sell it for more.

 

You kidding me? When there's less of it out there and not possible to obtain anymore the worth will gradually increase.

Take diamonds for example, right now it's an old and rare gemstone, which is why it sells for so much. Now let's say an additional 100 million diamonds were found. The value would decrease dramatically.

 

Ya it deos, the price of an item depends on the people who have it. No matter how much two people say an item is worth, if all the people who own the item sell it for a stack, then there's no point in trying to buy for 1 le

Well i mean it would only make sense if people did sell it for 1 LE because they bought it for so little way back then...

 

Maybe everyone didn't buy It back then.. Many have probably bought It after the netherarmor was removed for extreme prices, I don't think anyone Is willing to sell something they bought for more than a stack for 1le.

 

It is fair. Economy wouldnt make any sense if rare things that are high in demand would be sold for the same price that the sellers got it for. Everyone wants profit and as Nivla already said it makes no sense to anyone to sell something they got for Tons of le for one. You just say its not fair because you didnt buy one back then and if you did you would be mad if it decreases in value alot after you decided to not sell it for 2-4 stacks earlier because the price could increase more.

 

I wasn't there to buy the nether set when you could still buy it, I joined after it was removed. But I got it by paying the money and accepting I can't get it cheap. Imagine it this way. If a country printed out much more money into the economy the value would decrease since there is more. That's how the economy works. Look what happened in Japan in 2008.

 

...It's like saying Grian's trusty ocean map isn't worth anything, I never got the chance to get one myself so I should buy them at the market for 0 emeralds since they got It for free.
Saying that new players never had a chance to get It as a reason to buy something for 1le when It's normally worth ALOT more, everyone doesn't always get a chance, It's nothing new for example:
a new really good game Is releasing, at the first week of the game release everyone gets a special item exclusive that Is tradable to the ones who played on the first week, after several years people start selling that Item for alot of ingame money. <-- This is an example, not taken from a real game but you get the message of It.

 

Would you sell an IRL Diamond for free because you found it ? No, you wouldn't.
