It's finally here! I put writing this chapter off for a long time (about 2 months?) BUt I decided to get back into it. And don't worry, Chapter 4 will probably we out in a week or less. Probably won't happen again.

I am taking name requests! They will be replacing the NPC names. Most of these will be anagrams of your username, but if you want a special one, I may accept!
Example: Girnocet replaces Ooni, and is an anagram of @NightcorePhantom
and Amanda (Waront) is the name of a friend of mine

I wil not be doing all 104 quests in the story. I have a list (42, I think?) of the ones I will make (only important ones). These will be listed in the other threads I make.

III - Prison Story

Ragni was definitely bigger than any city we had ever been to. There were hundreds of houses already visible from the gaping entryway. A market, to our right stretched almost the length of the southern wall, with merchants selling armor, weapons, potions and all kinds of (hopefully) useful stuff. To the left was large, green training field, the storage over . Ahead of us was the gate to the exit of the city.

As the rest were looking around the merchant's’ stalls, I noticed that the book we had just got had a faint glow about it. I called the others over to look.

The first page of the book had changed, and now had text written in it, radiating with a blue light. It read, “Girnocet needs your help inside the Ragni Prison”. I looked up at the street signs.

“I guess this is our first quest. The prison is… that way?” I pointed over to a building on the north side of the street.

The entrance of the prison was a small doorway, but the entrances to the cells were in a small courtyard surrounded by other buildings. A man, probably Girnocet, was lying on a bench inside a cell, the only one occupied. I walked up to the window, and he opened his eyes and approached the window.

“You! Adventurers! I need some help here!”

I turned to Assad. “I thought we would have been helping a guard? A prisoner doesn’t seem like a worthy first quest.”

He seemed to have heard me. “Prisoner? A man is not a prisoner unless he had done something wrong - and I haven’t! You see, a guard thought I was stealing something about a month ago. I wasn’t but he hasn’t changed his mind, and my case is being ignored. I had a friend, Amanda, who was going to bring me a key. But the guard chased her away! I believe she is hiding in the sewer now. Could you go find the key for me?”

Walter smiled and said, “Of course we would do anything to free an innocent man. Now, how do we get to the sewers?”

I stood looking at the sewer entrance. “Really? She’s in here? Why couldn’t she hide away in, I don’t know, a nice pastry shop?

It was a dark tunnel a few meters wide - enough for us to go single file without stepping in the murky sewage.

Archie shrugged and stepped in first. A rat scuttled past, catching us by surprise. Yet, I guess we had no choice but to follow him in.

Cracks in the path and rock piles hindered our path there, but eventually there was a break in the side of the tunnel, with light coming through. Walter stepped in first, and we followed.

Inside was a bed, a table, bookshelves and some other furniture. It actually looked quite cozy, especially for a sewer. There was a map of the sewer on the desk, with marks on specific exits. One for where we came in - and one near the prison.

“Snooping around, are you?” Amanda appeared in the doorway. “Look at whatever you want. I definitely don’t have anything to hide - maybe that’s why I’ve made a home in a sewer?”

“Don’t worry. We’re not trying to get you to do anything. It’s just that Girnocet said you ha-”

“Girnocet? Oh yes, I can get him out. He owes me though. But, if you’re doing it… it’s going to cost you a couple emeralds. It’s hard living the high life, down here.”

I looked reluctantly at the others, and pulled a few from my pocket. Amanda took them with glee, in exchange for the key to the cell.

“There’s an exit tunnel back to the city, so you don’t have to go through the sewer again, back here.” She turned around and pushed open a door behind her. “Oh, and please don’t tell anyone I’m here? Girnocet should be a free man, but this…” She gestured around the room, “Isn’t particularly legal.”

Assad thanked her and assured we wouldn’t say anything. We were hired as soldiers, not guards - this was none of our business. We made our way out of the exit.

Girnocet was awake when he heard us approach. “Wow, I didn’t think you would actually come back! Do you have the key?” He laughed triumphantly as I presented it. “I’m going to talk to the king, and see if he can do anything about what has happened. But thank you so much! I’m friends with someone who owns a business of inns and houses throughout the province. Maybe he could get you a place to stay the night!”

I realized that the king actually hadn’t said anything about living space. “Thank you very much! I’m sure we could use this”. After exchanging details about the place, we said our goodbyes and left the prison. The sun was about to set on the horizon.

The man at the inn was surprisingly friendly. After I told him that we had gotten Girnocet out, he gave us rooms at a much lower price. We split up into our separate quarters. I put away my wand, changed clothes, and fell asleep right as my head touched the pillow.

Only worry is that it might autocorrect to cervix and then we'd have a problem

And also, you should make a hub thread explaining the series that has links to each episode. That way, you can put that in your signature instead of every single episode link.
