    I see @GlitchedSlayer did the quest with DXP and Potion of Wisdom,
    did he get to Level 76 or 86? If it was 86 it is still able to get to the level?

    Yes.Thats why they are so expensive and why i got 5 lvls from Shattered minds (there was a dxp too).
