Tower Of Ascension-floor 6 Boss

The Floor 6 boss...
It has this ability where it charges you, spins around while hitting you, and then goes invisible and explodes.
Seems normal right?
Well after it disappears, it respawns with full health????????????????????
Is this how it's actually supposed to work or is this a bug?
Because this makes it literally impossible to kill.

Does anyone know? Please help I can't pass the floor because of this!! xD

When you are very close to it it will not use the spell but only chases you with melee, so the way to beat this boss is to stay close and let it follow you around

 

ok lets get some real talk, dont get close to it, get alot of level 80+s and rush it until it goes kabloomy. if that fails, i dunno what to tell ya man

 

That's its suicide strike. I think after 7 or so rotations it will stop. Either wait it out or kill it fast. If its true that it only uses its special when its far, then just get closer. As long as your walk speed isn't in the negatives, you should be able to just circle him without any problem. Imo, hes probably the second easiest ToA boss relative to level, after Witch Doctor. Death is also really damn weak. Chained Beast is too OP.

 

Well i never failed with this method, provided that i walk faster than the boss so it can't hit me of coz.
Your method is sadly efficient but frustrating :/

Alkevo is armed with a powerful Self-Destruct. This puts the battle on a time limit of anywhere between 120-150 seconds. Once he uses it, though, a glitch in the programming will often allow him to skip the timer and immediately use the spell again after he respawns. I would suggest using /class to try and get him to reset if this happens.

 

I do just have him follow me around, but I'll try sticking a bit closer to him. Thanks!

See, I'm level 73 and don't really have a way to kill him super efficiently. I'll try some other things but if they don't work, I'll try to find some people to help me out. Thanks!

Chained Beast's actually pretty easy, so long as you're a mage, and you keep spamming Ice Snake. As for bosses relative to level, I'd say that the Yeti's probably easier, for their level, than Alkevo.Alkevo was a headache, Death's impossible for me to beat ):

If you're a Mage, try Ice-Snaking it until it dies from meteors. If you're an Assassin, use Vanish. If you're a Mage/Archer... Good luck, bring friends.
