Guide Soulace's Cascade Build!

~Hi Everyone!

So...I have made this endgame build for mage centering around the Cascade wand. It is untested, and I am horrible at making builds. So I am putting it out here so you guys can take a look and suggest any changes that could me made. Also, it would be nice to tell me how much damage it would do.

THIS BUILD IS UNTESTED!!!
I am still level 94 and cannot use this build yet... Give me a few more years in the freezing heights...

Weapon: Cascade - It does great elemental damage and also gives little small buffs like walk speed, melee damage and spell damage. However, 3/4 mana regen is key to this build.


Helmet: Blue Mask - This is solely to boost skill points in order to meet the skill point requirements of items. However, it gives very low health. Mine only gives 70 skill points, but it's good enough.


Chestplate: Libra - This requires 35 skill points in each skill however, Blue Mask gives over half of the amount, so it spares more skill points. Mainly, I picked this because of the skill point boosts, elemental damage boosts and elemental defense buffs. It gives a good sum of health as well.


Leggings: Vaward - Gives more skill points, spell damage and also a bunch of swell stuff.



Boots: Memento - This is for the mana regen, and spell damage. Gives a lot of health too!

Ring #1: Supression - For the 3/4 mana regen. Mine only has 2/4 (i crie) Hopefully I can find a 3/4 soon...

Ring #2: Breezehands - The +1 tier attack speed boosts damage like crazy.


Bracelet: Squid Anklet - mana regen!


Amulet/Neklace/Trinklet (or whatever the hell you call it): Royal Stormy Amulet - A bit of mana regen and a water damage boost. Intelligence points too!


Skill Points:

Before item buffs you would want to have this:

Strength: 32
Defense: 32
Intelligence: 62
Dexterity: 36
Agility: 36

After the item buffs from Blue Mask, Libra and Royal Stormy Amulet. You will get this!

Strength: 58
Defense: 51
Intelligence: 90
Dexterity: 56
Agility: 61

However, my Cascade takes away one defense point and one agility point. So the final result is this:

Strength: 59
Defense: 50
Intelligence: 90
Dexterity: 54
Agility: 60

An All-around build for mage.

This is neat and very good, but I hope to see its damage outputs of the weapon. I predict meteor would do like 7.5-10k damage in total?

I don't mind if you auction that Aquarius I gave you. Its stats are good, so it would be a good idea to gain some LE.

I would suggest Suppressions instead of Aurora. I feel that the 3 mana every 4 seconds will be more damage per second than the ~5% total damage the Aurora is going to get you. Maybe Concentration?

Ill have 2 Auroras. Also, supression has a negative mana steal which i dont like. Concentration? I'll think about it

 

+6/4 mana regen could probably offset the mana penalty from hitting things with regular attacks.

 

If you want more damage you could use the Clock Bracelet which gives 5% in all elemental damage and the 1/8 set bonus gives +10% Fire Damage and +5% Earth Damage which goes well with meteor. However you would lose 2/4 mana regen.
