    I'm unsure about which one of these leggings are better. One gives a lower health but has pretty decent buffs (buffs are for example +4% Earth Defense. I didn't know what to call them xP), but the other gives a higher health, but has not as great buffs.

    Why you ask? Is it just weird that someone my level has them whether I am a really low level or high level to have them?
