Trivia:

The Mage class is currently the only class to be able to hold the max stats for both XP and Loot Bonuses

You can find out the Max and Min ID's of an item by finding the item in the Wynncraft Items List and multiplying it by 1.3 for max and 0.3 for min (0.7 for min negative)

*Item needs to have been manually ID'd as they are now preset from the Merchant you buy it from

Now obviously this thread isn't perfect (I'd be surprised if it was) but you can help improve it by commenting below if you notice an incorrect stat.

Don't know what a certain identification does/how to calculate its min and max? Go to this link by @Rikio for very useful information

Lol, the Item Guide shows the Average Identifications not the max nor the min. Usually I just multiply it by 1.3 but Mana Regen has its own special way of finding the max.
