Thought I'd start a thread here about anything related to modern or older version of Doctor Who, what we might hv seen on Wynn that might be reminiscent of Doctor Who episodes, what you 've watched or wondered about or want to talk about re: anything DW related: the current Peter Capaldi version of DW, the blue box, the assistants and villains, and alternate parting of Rose character, etc.

I have watched everything from the season they decided to revive DW (Eccleston) to current Capaldi season (was it season 9? Part 2) from my public library's dvd collection, except my recollection is spotty for season 9... was distracted playing WC while the episodes played in Background.

But yeah, @GOden02 and I got into the whole Bad Wolf thing coz u know the boots, mysterious things mentioned on a post and I didnt want to divert the OP thread into the Doctor thread!!

So @GOden02 ... post your "bad wolf" sighting here and tell us about it!

@BeeMiner, Wanted to point out how you said that we're on the 12th Doctor now, we are not.
Technically, Capaldi is the 13th Doctor, thanks to the War Doctor. So many people forget about him ;3

Yeah, me too ..can't get past the super grouchy look he can pull off …AND he wasn't so sure if Song recognized him in the recent encounter!! LOL

 

Honestly, I'm a guy who loves comedy, and they've been the most comedic in my opinion so far. Though, I usually do find his..(Or for you people who keep up with Steven Moffat's announcements, soon to be her) companions to be funnier or more comedic than the Doctor itself.

 

I myself adore the witty banter & comedy of Tennant & Smith and various companions / side characters / villains. Remember the British
Government staff being absorbed by aliens in London?? The headless guy in the vault/tomb who reveals a few things to Matt Smith near end of Smith's season.? And soooo many more too countless to reveal. But try we must!

I gotta say that if I had to buy a season of Doctor Who vids, it would be Tennant's. But I also love the introduction of Amelia Pond and couldnt live without those seasons with Amelia and Matt (The Angels Episodes were some scary ones for me)

Bad Wolf could also be considered a Norse Mythology reference.

 

Are you referencing Fenrir, or Fenris Wolf? I assume so, but just to be sure.
