Also do any of you guys know what to do if you spawn and your equipped items just randomly fall on the floor after logging in and you die right after?.....

 

I guess you could contact a mod If It happens too often, If It's a one-time experience It can be because of a bad connection since you can teleport out of sync with the server sometimes, making a teleport of a length of around 5blocks radius isn't very hard. (If you only died once you should just live on with your life, since you got souls.. I hope)

 

It happens to me a lot but i usually dont die... and i also lost my venison and rings and i have no money to buy them back with DDD:
