Buying Royal Stormy Amulet With 2/4s Mana Regen + 4 Intelligence, Paying Super High!!

Is that even exists?

I even heard that 3/4s Royal Stormy Amulet exists.

 

Was in my shop this whole time.

Only 3 Intelligence, but at least every ID is above average (except loot).

I was offered 2.5 stacks but I denied since I wanted the amulet more. I honestly have no idea if I am ready to sell it.

No, you don't understand... You get these with the royal token of gratitude from the King's merchant... But they used to be unidentified, so you could get really bad or really good ID's for it. However, now they're pre-identified.
The default for this amulet
+5% Water Damage
+5% Water Defense
+3 Intelligence
+5% XP Bonus
+5% Loot Bonus
+1/4s Mana Regen
