Melee Assassin Build

Well this is embarrassing...
Anyways, hi! I've been looking for a good melee assassin build that:
A. Lv. 90 -
B. Doesn't decrease attack damage
C. Has very fast/super fast attack speed (preferably the last)
D. Fast walk speed
E. Deals a lot of damage
Hate to make another of these threads, but I can't find too many of these builds, and the item guide isn't being too helpful nowadays...

Taurus, grimtrap, and some + tiers maybe

 

By that I meant around 500 per hit. I currently deal around 300 total

 

Well, it is possible, but not with very fast attack speed, and not for lv 90 ;). Im an melee assasin lv 96 that im using Grimtrap. I deal like 3k-4k per hit with 59% walk speed.

So it is possible.
