Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

It's an island continent separated from everything. South of everything.

Are you compiling a map of the world or something?

 

"You're Ruby?" Artemis asks, getting off the dragon and approaching Ruby.

"She's weak. Very weak." Myria mutters sadly as she dismounts.

I teleport to the ground.

 

OOC: I meant Eras talking to the Rina.

 

Homework. I swear I'm not distracted.

I haven't had much time to figure out how I'm going to start you off.

"Yes. Welcome to the library, did you get the distress call?"

She's levitating.

"That's all I can think of, thank you. Sorry to cause as much of a stir as I did."

 

"Yes, we're here to save you," I say, "We plan on taking you back to our group to have the most healers possible. In order to do that, I'll need to 'Empower' you; syncing our bodies. This should hopefully be enough to allow your release from that machine."

Myria smiles at me, "For a Shadow, he seems awfully pure." She says, mainly to herself.

 

"You realize I'll die the moment I'm disconnected, right?"

"It's fine. I want to help as much as I can."
I fly back in the direction I had last seen the group.
Daras stays behind for a few seconds.
"I'll help if I can too. It's the best I can do."
He then teleports.

 

Only Abigail, Ragnyon, and Sgavrinn remain.
"Eras? Hello. Is everything okay?"

 

"Agh! How could you, Violet! I trusted you! Do you not know the hardships of traveling all the way here?! Do you not remember who gave you your gun!?"

You're woken by a scout.
"Another attack. I wonder what's gotten into the Nok-Naan..."

 

"Not if I empower you. My blood will become yours, so you could live through me." I say.

"I remember who gave me my gun, and I remember how you turned it on me!" Violet says, "I broke that gun when we broke up! This gun is far superior, and I shall end you with it!"

 

"You know as well as I doing so can't sustain me forever. I don't mean to be ungrateful, but I'd hate to have served a hundred thousand years for a lie. Still, go ahead. I was promised freedom; I trust you can help. If Xlentia has faith in you, I do as well."

 

"As if! You know perfectly well what I am capable of!" Lord Terra says.

 

"We have multiple experienced healers willing to help, so I'm sure we'll be able to heal you before you die." I say, before empowering Ruby. Her heart beats with blood anew; veins flowing once more with a foreign blood.

"We need to get back as fast as possible as soon as they're disconnected. Ihra, can't you open a portal here?" Artemis asks.

"You know, it's a shame we've spent so much time apart, because you'd know I've been under training." Violet says with a smirk.

Violet suddenly backflips and disappears, appearing behind you and putting you in a choke hold. She doesn't actually choke you at all, though; she just has her arm around your neck.

"You should never get caught sleeping on the job." Violet says, evil in her tone.

 

"Mistress is supplying a portal back. She was able to find an able replacement for me; also part of our deal. I don't know why so many people say she's corrupted; the only thing that's changed is her targets. Come on, Norah is waiting."

The dragon from before awaits you outside as Ruby breaks from the machine.
Her horns would be one hell of a trophy... but now's not the time to think of that, is it?

I appear near Xlentia and Arnold. "My liege," I say, kneeling, "May I request upon your powerful and amazing greatness to allow me to travel to my world for a few minutes? I apologize greatly for requesting upon your prescense, for I am not worthy of such."
OOC: Just in case you didn't see, I'm have my old body, and gold armor and my old crossbow, but it's made of ice, and I just re-armed myself in the fortress.

"Ah, Violet. It seems you've forgotten of my size." Lord Terra starts shaking Violet off his neck.

 

"I don't mean to sound lewd here, due to the cultral differences, but might I say you have quite amazing horns?" I say in Ruby's mind.

Myria helps Artemis and Ruby onto the dragon's back, before climbing up herself.

As Violet gets thrown off, she fires a round of bullets straight at your head.

"I HATE YOU!" She shouts.
