I have now a really Decent Loot Bonus of 90% , I had visit the Emerald Trail with a lvl 61 Mage with 90% Loot and tried to get Depressing I farm long time but still no.

Later I wanna make a shop with Legendaries, but when 90% doesnt works with Depressing, how should it works with Legendaries.

Loot bonus doesn't specifically increase the drop rate of legendaries, mythics, depressing items, etc. It just simply increases the drop rate of weapons/armor in general

You get loot drops close to your level, which means its basically impossible for a level 90 and level 61 to get level 1 weapons, try creating a new character to get depressings.

My theory is that it changes the chance of getting drops depending on your loot bonus. In this case, the formula woule be X% + 100% = drop chance. So if mythics have a 0.0007% chance, with 150% loot bonus, 150+100=250%, so a 0.00175% chance.

That is incorrect. Loot Bonus increases the chance for ANY item to drop. Depressing weapons are items. Therefore...

That is up to luck. Such a small amount of loot bonus did not really affect your odds that much. In addition, there are more legendaries in the Lv 90-100 range than there are around the Lv 75 range, and if you are hunting on the Molten Heights, you are assumedly at least Lv 85 which means you get more loot in that level range anyway.
