No clue at this point. This one might take a bit longer.

 

What are you currently working on?

 

quests/cutscenes/story. There won't be as much to do because a big chunk of work is in developing the story.

While quests/story are often the most important part of a game, implementation can be long and tedious. Hope you finish soon!

I've got the main storyline downpat at the moment. Basically side quests and stuff is all I need.

setting: A man in ragged clothing standing next to a dog house
Side Quest Idea- Dog Troubles
(Also in order to do this you need to add bones to the game, maybe make them drop from skeletons?)
Ian- ey, you!
Ian- I need your help.
Ian- you see... My dog is missing!
Ian- I think he went into the forest
(after looking through the forest you could find a dog)
when you interact with it it says BARK (It sounds childish on some text, I know)
and then says [Looks like it needs bones...]

[After killing skeletons(or something) that will drop bones...]

*You give the dog the bones*
then you speak to Ian again
Ian-Thank you random man! I'll go get em now!

When not required level
ah, I wish I had my doggie...

you can chose all the statistics for it, since it might be easy to do... I suggest making the xp and/or requirements for the quest low, because the quest is quite easy. You could also make it so there is a special kind of skeleton that will drop bones?

Interesting quest.
Also i think it's easy to put in.

"Ian" can be a modified shop npc with the text code from the sign to assist it. Dogs can just be extended from enemies. Drops would be similar to a weapon that does 0 dmg. Maybe a separate class for quest items though. Don't forget, because this isn't multiplayer you can have the dog follow the player into "Ian"s house and then the dog can stay there. (that would be more difficult)
