    The buffs and debuffs from my jester set are not being applied to my stats... Is it broken?

    Ya... I am getting more XP with full jester set. It's supposed to give a negative XP debuff and a 300 spell dam. bonus. But that's not happening. Tried /class and even switched servers.

    I don't think set bonuses are added to the stats on your compass, but I think they work anyway. Not sure though.
