"Don't worry, I won't tell them. Seeing what Aj did to Reed just now, he could do far worse to Nathan."

"Strange... but to be expected I guess."
Arnold picks up a book from the shelf.

 

"Thanks." Abigail says, smiling.

"I don't think I ever want to brew a love potion again..." Stephanie says sadly.

 

"Ah, thanks. Still, I'll only be useful at night."

It's titled "Where Rain Never Fell."

 

"Hey, at least you won't be passing out when sunlight hits you now, eh?" I say happily.

Ice Katie suddenly plunges her hand into her chest, pulling out the real Katie. She sets her down gently before melting fairly quickly.

Katie walks over to the group, "Hi! I thought I should introduce myself properly at a more sociable size." Katie says with a light tone.

 

"Wh... uh... Hi."
Reed offers a handshake.

 

Katie shakes Reed's hand, smiling.

"I figured I didn't really need to be massive anymore; since the battle's over." Katie says, smiling, glancing toward me.

I shrink back to a more normal size in an aura of darkness.

"Whoa...you're all...not small." I say.

 

They're not on the ground.
Luckily, everyone (except Ragnyon) can glide.
She bends water to cushion her fall, but the resulting *snap* sound is less than comforting.

 

"Oopsies." I say, embarrassed.

Katie runs over to Ragnyon, "Ragnyon, are you alright?" Katie asks, concerned.

 

She doesn't respond.
Her back's bent in a way it clearly shouldn't be.

 

"Huh? What did I miss?" It seems I am oblivious of the conversation that just occurred.

 

"Ragnyon? Wh- oh. Ow."
Ihra starts healing her.

Reed glides down towards you. He's surrounded by an aura of darkness and seems oblivious to it.
"They let me join them."

 

"Alright. What happened to Lena and Vulneratis?" I ask. "Oh, do you want tea?" I pull out a tea set from my bag.

 

"Regarding how you got freed,"
I start explaining to the two,
"I started fighting, and the two of you charged me. One of you met my blade, the other I tried grabbing by the neck. The one that met with my blade fused with it, or whatever you want to call it, and the other brought me to the ground. I pushed the one that brought me to the ground under the now-airborne sword, and it landed on you, making you fuse with it. Then someone brought a lance into my leg,"
I gesture to the leg with the brace on it.
"I tried getting up, using the lance as a prop, and shot another draconian. Reed pushed me down, and held his blade to my neck. I got away, then the rest of the army fled, which is probably what disconnected you from the hive. Reunion happens between us, we question Reed, then I pull you out of my sword, and Ihra heals you. The rest you know."

OOC: I put the stuff that actually answers their question in blue.

 

"Lera and... I forgot his name too. They went with Virei'tus to find a place to stay."
He eyes you awkwardly.
"A dragon with a tea set? That's a new one, but I'll take you up on the offer."

"That's crazy, but I suppose we're not in a position for disbelief."

 

I shrug.
"Believe what you want to believe."

 

"Ah, you see, I'm actually a human." I explain, fidgeting around with the tea set, attempting to pour water into a kettle. "I got into a half-battle and ended up losing my body, so I got another one. That body was also destroyed in a battle, and I ended up becoming a flower. However, when the Draconians attacked, I managed to steal an ability from them. Revert." I light a fire on the ground, and hold the kettle above it, with the teabag inside.

 

"That'll take a while to be determined."

"Yeah... That's crazy. I can't believe it nor refute it either."

 

"Oh well." I pour some tea into a teacup and place it in front of him.

 

He lets it cool.
"I can't even remember my family's names... Please be at least a bit leniant with me."

 

"Oh no." Katie says, trying to heal Ragnyon; water surrounding her back.

"Artemis!?" Katie shouts.

No response. Instead, Stephanie runs over.

"What's wr-oh my god." Stephanie says, immediately summoning crystals and trying to heal Ragnyon.
