"Don't let Aj get near these draconians. I can gurantee you he'll pop their heads off. Actually, don't let me get too near the draconians either. Especially if they can revert. I'll probably use them as some kind of source of power."

 

"Maybe she'd let us visit sometime. You know, when all this settles down, if it ever does. I'm a bit curious now."

He sets you down, nods and smiles at you, then bolts off down the hall.

Seems Ihra's put a brace over it. At least you can kind of move it now. And not fall over.
You can bend it. That's an improvement.
Ihra glides down with you, descending in a circle motion.

"At this size, I'm pretty sure it's hard for Aj not to be near them."

 

I look at you.
"On the first case, that's most likely true. AJ will do that to anyone who's fought someone he knew and hurt them. On the second case, you seem like you have control over that."
I go back to looking at my sword and waiting for Ihra.

I hold the Broadsword on the ground.
"Ready?"
I ask.

 

She prepares a charge.
"Try not to break any bones as you step on them for leverage. Those are harder to heal."

 

"That's funny, cause that's almost exactly what Xlentia said when I told her that Vir visited her. True, but it's more metaphorical than it is physical. Aj seems to be getting power in his head."

"Which is why you might want to keep me away. I have control, which means I can decide if I want to kidnap them, trap them somewhere, and continuously use their abilities to revert. Its a sick idea."

 

"Seems that almost everyone is mind controlled in The Void and The Hive. Do all of their free sides just want it all to end...? I understand about the Hive Master and his control, but what's gripping Xlentia is beyond me."

 

"The unusual thing is, they seem to be doing their things as if they aren't mind controlled. It's a bit off-setting, because it feels like they have free will. Especially Entropy. After all, he did just launch an attack on his own volition and was almost wiped by Xlentia."

 

"Telling the metal object to try not to break any bones when you're on top of something. Maybe I should just try to not step on them."
I try digging my right foot into the ground, and try tilting the handle off the ground a bit.
"Here we go!"
I try pulling the sword.

 

"Thing is, the control can be loosened. They'll be told to look normal, and hell they do a good job of it. As one of the only non-controlled draconians ever in The Hive, I can tell you it's scary. Sometimes, the Hive Master lets them try their own ideas to show them just how much they've come to rely on him; many die because of it."

The blade comes out of one, but not the other. The one lets out a scream, coughing up dust.
Ihra immediately works on healing them, dragging them out of your way.

 

"Hey. How ya feeling? Like crap? Expected."
I say to the draconian.
"Alright, one down. Do you need time to prepare for the next?"
I ask Ihra.

 

"Woah. That is, as I quote from Aj, 'sick'."

"That's a little rushed."

 

I shrug.
"I kinda want my sword."

 

"Fine. Get them out and I'll try to calm them down."

 

They're currently screaming with nothing coming out, clutching where their wound was.

"No, go ahead."

"Welcome to The Hive, where pretty much everything is according to the Hive Master's each and every whim."

 

"That sounds funnier than it should be."

 

"Alrighty."
I lift the sword up at more of a tilt this time.
"3... 2... 1..."
I yank the sword up.

 

"It sounds funny to any degree until you are subject to it." Ragnyon growls.

Similar reaction; a blood-curdling scream and they clutch their rapidly disappearing wound.
The two draconians look at each other, then crawl next to each other, hugging and shivering. They glance at you with terror in their eyes.

"You're safe now." Ihra says sweetly.
It doesn't help the two calm down, but they stop clutching each other as hard as they can.
"We're not here to hurt you."

"Turn around and wipe the blood off your blade." Ihra suggests telepathically.

 

"Well, I'm going to check over on what Ihra and Thirteen are doing."
I walk over to the two draconians. "Hello. Don't worry. You've been broken form the grip of The Hive, and are now here in our world. You're safe now." I say.

 

I turn around and use the robe to do exactly that, but not before giving a slight wave to the draconians.

 

"The Hive...?"
"They won? They wiped us all out and took over?"
"Where are we now?"
"Who are you?"

They look at you confused.
"Hello?"
