Help: I Am Using Electrocharge Greaves On Apocalypse: Question In Thread

I am using Apocalypse with Electrocharge greaves. Visually it seems that I attack faster but I am able to deal damage in the time it takes for the super slow attack speed and not the slow attack speed it should be at. How should I fix this? Or does + tier attack speed glitched on this weapon? Please let me know I bought this mythic and whole build and I REALLY want to use it. Thanks

 

I guess it works only with spells.

 

Attack speed has nothing to do with spells

 

I think he means spell damage.

 

Same with when I use spells too

I can't use them at a faster speed even wearing electrocharged greaves

 

I mean, It just changes the multiplier when calculating spell damage, not the speed of actual spell (dunno how it would be suposed to work)
