Ok welp, I've seen enough. I know the difficulties on both sides, but...
I'm going to take both sides of the debate, and here's why.

First off, from now on to any auction, you should say that the last 3 hours or so of the auction, every bid would make a new end date of an hour or so. This should stop snipers from stealing the auction, and winning the item for cheap. It is not a good idea to extend the time for an auction, no matter what happens if you didn't specify a time. I won't give you biased shit because you're a guild member, but don't take this personally. You really should not extend the time to an auction.

I see your pain, but for all it's worth, sniping isn't cool (unless fighting another sniper, in which case the bigger dick move would be the maker of the auction pretending s/he's offline and watch as the 2 fight it out). Sniping isn't like a major rule break, and isn't a rule at all, but it's looked down upon. I would have to lean towards you more, but next time, Godly should just make a new rule. I would tell you this long, boring story about what happened to me when auctioning, and how I cried myself to sleep, but that's truly Bovine Waste. I can see how it would affect you, as a biased helped me to lose an item from an auction. Not only that, but so did snipers, once.

Just next time, remember that sniping isn't cool, but neither is adding extra time.

Alright, but here's the big issue:
You're sniping, and that's bad. I know sniping isn't against the rules like I explained, but even then, neither is adding time. It's his auction he's planning, not your future. Deal with the fact that both of you guys got some sort of disadvantage through this deal, and move on.

 

I have moved on but the fact you bring it only to me as i'm the only one bad with sniping and others are fine, I find it funny how you don't say sniping is bad when anyone else does it.

Not only that, but your quote is incorrect.

I stated that it was a taboo, which was looked down upon, not an offense of any kind. It's still bad to do though.
I just wanted to warn you to not do it, and to tell Godly to not do it either. I'm telling Godly to close this thread if you respond, so just "move on".
EDIT: I may not have made it clear, but when I tell Godly to "not do it", I am referring to him adding time to auctions.
