yea I think so, but I don't even know if that's working well on mobs .-.
(I saw 1k neutral dmg per 1 arrow of arrow storm after the patch 14.0.10, but mobs took only 100 or 200 dmg per, so :c)

I believe the same applies to multihit as well, don't quote me on that unless it works.

@motoki1 a better way to represent the base skill points might be:

str = 30 - bm
dex = 55 - bm
int = whatever’s left
def = 33 – bm
agi = 55 - bm

Where bm is the amount you get from the blue mask.
