I mumble.

 

So, you have your studies and a sleepwalking dragon that's frozen to the ground and is walking in circles.

...Awkward.

"I'll allow this. It's hard to hold back as much as I am."
The wisp awaits the result.

 

"I came to apologise. I shouldn't have controlled you like that."

"Oh...sorry." Artemis says, taking what you said as directed at her.

 

"Not you. Someone else. Don't pay me any attention."
I say to Artemis, as I turn around.

"Now, I'm going to be reasonable, and not wild, and let you explain yourself before I have to ask any questions."
I mumble again.

 

"I was using you to hurt those around you, an act of evil. I can't interact with them myself, so I used you. I'm sorry for controlling you like that, everyone has a right to their own free will."

Artemis seems suspicious, but is too nervous to ask about it.

 

"Alright, now for my first question: What would eating the goo do?"

 

"On its own, nothing. I was going to use it to assume control over the green haired girl and kill everyone else. Killing is wrong, though. Don't kill people, thirteen, it's wrong to kill people."

 

"I've seen a lot of people dead and rotting in one place before. I already know it isn't a pretty sight. Next question: What and or who are you?"

You feel a little dazed, like there's some kind of interference.

 

I sigh.
"So I can't get that. Awesome. Now, were you here for a long time, or were you just here because of the Blank?"

 

"I can't remember. I just remember existing...however long ago, and then I found this group. Something told me to harm them, and I tried talking to you through the blank."

"I feel like two people..."

 

"Well that's not good..."
I think for a moment.
"Is there anything else you could communicate through?"

 

"I'm not sure, maybe one of those blanks. I...I don't want to turn on you though; I feel as if I might become evil again and try to hurt someone."

 

"I'm aware, considering you're still here and Ihra didn't smash your crystal."

 

"Oh well. Just stay close and we might figure something out. Hopefully."
I smile a bit.

 

"As I remember, she did. But that wasn't really my Shadow Crystal, just a mage crystal I was possessing," I say, "I think we're at a 'I don't smash your crystal you don't smash mine' point."
