Yellow powders will be added in February 2016, aka soon. Chances are this relic shrine will give you one.

 

Thunder Element. There's 5 Elements, so each powder is getting an element with 6 tiers.

Items are. But powders are OK to share.

 

I'm guessing they are making one type of powder per element and as seen in the pic, up to 6 tiers worth of each.

 

Relics are only bannable when it comes to Weapons and armor, Its to stop everyone from getting them and have a million of them going around

And just wondering, Were is the lv 6 yellow powder? I need it for my thunder air assassin when the update comes out
