Thinking of making a int - agi/str build for my Archer, with items like Third Eye, Aquarius, Crystals, a Spring (mythic bow), Squid Anklet, Suppressions, etc. I'd mainly spam bomb arrow, agi lets me survive and strength gives bomb arrow an extra punch. Would something like this potentially work?

well you see it's archer so it's gonna be good "basically" no matter what build you use, so just have fun!

I've been planning something like this too. I haven't gotten to the point where I can utilize spring, but I've played it to level 91. I'm no expert on builds by any means but I'll tell you my current setup, maybe it could help both of us come up with ideas for this kind of build.
    • Helm: Third Eye of course. The mana regen is awesome and the +Int is going to be vital when I finally use Spring.
    • Chestplate: Dreamcloud. It's awesome all around, with up to 3/4s mana regen, a small amount of health regen, and awesome elemental defenses at the cost of a little bit of damage. I make up for the damage drop with another item.
    • Pants: Crystal, because it seems to fill a niche I've yet to see other pants fill. Crystal gives a ton of walk speed and mana regen (I was lucky enough to find one with both IDs maxed out, 13% and 3/4s respectively), as well as a notable amount of Int/Agi points. The reflection is just icing on the cake, and the 110 water/air defense almost makes up for the 0 def points I use. The only thing I don't like is the -70 earth and thunder def.
    • Boots: Wavedash, because they have a similar stat combo to Crystal (Mana + Walkspeed). I once again was lucky enough to find one maxed in both stats (13% and 2/4s). It also has no elemental weaknesses, which is nice I suppose.
    • Ring 1: Raging Wind, almost solely because of walk speed and agility points. Mine has 14 walk, but I suppose this could be replaced with Stratus of Ehwaz if you're not very lucky.
    • Ring 2: Clockwork Ring for spell damage and elemental damage. There's not much to say about this, other than that the set bonus is REALLY nice. I'll probably replace this with Moon Pool Circlet from the hive later on for more mana and Int points.
    • Bracelet: Watch Bracelet to balance out Dreamcloud and then add a little more damage. It gives a solid amount of elemental damage in every element naturally, and even more is stacked on by the set bonus.
    • Necklace: Clock Necklace (I'm not sure whether it's actually called that but you know what I mean) to round out my elemental defenses and make sure nothing is negative. It also contributes to the clock set bonus and provides more elemental damage. The third set bonus for clock items also gives the most water damage iirc.
    • Main Weapon: Maelstrom because it's insanely good. Seriously. Tons of spell damage, elemental damage, walkspeed, and stat points. I've yet to find a bow that outperforms this one even at level 91. Its arrow bomb deals damage in every element too, so I haven't needed a sub weapon until I found Return to Ether.
    • Sub Weapon: Return to Ether partly because of XP Bonus and partly because it's better for killing air weak mobs/players than Maelstrom.
For raw skill points I think I'm sitting at 20/20/80/0/60 right now. The reason I have 20/20 offenses is mostly because I haven't reset this skill build since level 60 something. It was so I could have more options with gear until I could come up with a more focused build. The 80 Int and 60 Agi should speak for themselves. My spread will definitely look far different when I reach level 98.

A few other options I have in mind...
    • Capricorn: It's essentially a stronger clone of Wavedash. It gets the same stats but more more health, walkspeed, and spell damage. It also gives Int points, but it has he same drawback as Crystal... Negative Thunder/Earth defense (ugh). I was thinking of a glass cannon approach from the beginning, so I might switch to this eventually and ditch the clock items and Dreamcloud.
    • Abysso Galoshes: I'm not crazy. These boots are insanely good right now (if you ultimately decide on a thunder approach instead of an earth one at least). They can give a whopping 20%+ Thunder AND Water damage, making them pair excellently with Maelstrom. The +80 Thunder defense also means you'll be less vulnerable for using Crystal.
    • Mummy's Rag: There's not much to say here besides the fact it gets +2 attack speed. Combined with Spring it will definitely make your spells extremely powerful. The negative walkspeed is only a minor inconvienence too, because most of your other gear will give over 10% each.
I've used this build for a while and I can confidently say that it's very reliable, maybe not perfect, but reliable. There are definitely improvements to be made, and I'm going to keep working on this. It took me a while to write all of this... Hopefully I helped!
