as avid pyro/possibly heavy faves,
i would like to remind people that playing pyro or heavy are not lost causes due to their shy lack in primary weapons
so here are ideas for those such classes:

The Arsonist's Airway (PYRO | PRIMARY):
> a support/utility-oriented modified jet engine
seriously, noobs. airblast is a thing.

+airblasts cost 25% less ammo (15 instead of 20 ammo)
+airblast rate is increased by 50% (0.375 seconds instead of 0.75)
+extinguishing a teammate heals the pyro 25% more (25HP instead of 20HP)
-sheathe speed is increased by 100% (1 second instead of 0.5)
-raw damage is decreased by 66% (2~2.5 dpp instead of 6~7)
-afterburn damage is decreased by 66% (1 dpt instead of 3)
-afterburn duration is halved (5 seconds instead of 10)
-knockback power per airblast is decreased by 50%
-deflected projectiles do not grant minicrits

The Torch-urer (PYRO | PRIMARY):
> an offense-oriented propane snake
in case you wanted a new favorite weapon to hate

+afterburn damage is increased by 66% (5 dpt instead of 3)
+afterburn duration is increased by 50% (15 seconds instead of 10)
+knockback power per airblast is increased by 75%
-airblasts cost 150% more ammo (50 instead of 20)
-deploy speed is increased by 100% (1 second instead of 0.5)
-cannot be crit boosted

Luna III (HEAVY | PRIMARY):
> an offense-oriented hyperlaser death machine
run.

>this weapon's damage type is changed from HITSCAN to PARTICLE
>vaporizes targets on death
+10% more accuracy
+damages all enemies lined up in the laser, similar to Machina and Moonbeam
+deals fire damage and causes a 5-second afterburn
+damage per second is doubled
-raw damage is decreased by 50% (4~5 dpp instead of 9)
-damage falls off as more enemies are pierced
-leaves tracers, easy to track
-laser vaporizes mid-flight, cannot reach long reaches

The Ammo Box (HEAVY | SECONDARY):
> a strategic wooden box stuffed with strategic pieces of metal
dont eat this

>upon primary fire or taunt, restores 300 ammo over about 4 seconds
>with secondary fire, throws it for any other player to restore 50% ammo/metal
>when thrown and picked up, restores recharge bar
>if ammo has been consumed and is used, it must recharge over 26 seconds or by picking up any ammo pickup when at full Ammo to be used again

I know that the matchmaking mode is just in beta and there isn't much people that play it for valve to implement a balancing system without making it so you spend 30+ mins searching for a match...but it isn't matchmaking when the teams are THIS unbalanced (also too lazy to cover up the usernames [also my hand writing is literally chicken scratch]) also theres a black box because someone drew a penis and I had to cover it (porn isn't allowed here silly)

I guess I'll post a Pholgistinator overhaul idea I had that makes it a little... less brainless? More of an idea that allows Pyro to be a lot more offensive at the cost of their support skills. I think it'd work amazingly paired with it's secondary counterpart the Manmelter.

Alt-Fire: Hold to suck up any incoming projectiles and release to fling them back. Can only hold one projectile at a time. Consumes 10 ammo per second.
+10% damage bonus
-Can not extinguish team mates
-Can not push away enemies

When a projectile has been sucked up, ammo is still consumed while it is held. Taking 50 damage or more while holding a projectile will cause it to be lost, or in a rocket/grenade's case, explode. Launched projectiles would be shot back exactly like a Flying Guillotine, but with the same properties as the original projectile (not including projectile speed, but things like -explosion radius, +x% damage bonus etc, nothing that alters the projectiles flight path would count). Sucking up a flare would give you mini-crits for 4 seconds, and sucking up any kind of laser (Cow Mangler, Righteous Bison) would give you crits for 2, neither of these projectiles would be stored. Launched projectiles do not do mini-crit damage, though stealing a crit or mini-crit would have either of those damage bonuses respectively. While the projectile is being launched it would appear as if someone threw it, spinning around a ton much like how deflecting rockets with the short circuit looks. Reflect headshots with the Huntsman are not possible. Stealing stickybombs will not allow you to shoot them, but destroys them instead. After you've launched a projectile, alt-fire is disabled for 1 second.

This idea is quite interesting but I feel like is a bit underpowered. Put 2 projectiles at max. Also, do bullets count?

@Esfores I actually main pyro, and the main problem I see is that is maybe too dificult to react in a critic moment: Soldier pushing you, for example, where you get 3-4 rockets or maybe more. Personally I don't think there will be time to "Suck, aim, and release".

I think in moments where you're being projectile spammed you could easily pick one up and fire it back while strafing to throw them off and finish with the increased damage and your secondary.

An infamous hack made for TF2 that pissed many players off, recently, Valve updated VAC (their anticheat) so that it now detects LMAOBOX premium (yes, people paid $20 for a hack program)

Thanks to the ban wave a high level platinum Sniper who has been suspicious for a while was banned, revealing that he had the hack.
