That's odd. I was sure you were supposed to crash due to an inserted corrupted datafile that you download.

 

Oh that? I didn't realize that was intentional. It was a super easy workaround though. Should I not have the map? I mean I can stop poking around with it if I need to.

(If you care, I saved it to an MCedit schematic so that any nasty files wouldn't interact with the MC client, and then scrubbed the file before swapping it for a superflat world.)

 

I am amazed how you succeeded. I guess it technically isn't allowed (not supposed to be even possible to do), but I'll look for a moderator.

Use world downloader mod and download certain parts of the at a time!
