    I can't seem to find the Pirate Island Identifier. Am I missing something...or is the identifier missing?

    Look around and see if you can see his name tag anywhere. I've never bothered to find him either, so there's a chance that he could very well not be there at all.

    I highly suspect there isn't an identifier there. I don't think there even is a bank there?

    When I was there a month ago I found his office but he never materialized. I think of the three times I went, there were green sparkles but he never showed twice, and once there was just nothing.
    Maybe he relocated to a new place in Gavel when it opened up?
