You go to investigate the protesters. They are yelling something about taxes. You hear an angry man shout, "Cut down on military, we can't afford our food!" It seems they are angry about the recent increase in the military budget. A few guards seem to be trying to stop the crowd, but are failing at stopping the mob.

You run down the stairs. Two guards pursue you, but you seem to be faster. You find yourself in a large room. There are a lot of crates full of emeralds. Emeralds only, no blocks or liquids. A few workers run off, calling for help. A huge vault door with an emerald keyhole is in the center of the room. You see the shine of an emerald key in one of the workers pocket. You could take what is in the room and run off with a fortune, or spend time trying to get the emerald key for an even bigger pay.

The King smiles. "Nemract it is then. I'll prepare the soldiers. Just in case, we still need information from the prisoner, to confirm he is indeed from United Wynn. You can wait here, or explore the city. be back here soon though." He goes back to the official looking document.

Life Steal: A form of Heal. It takes the vigor of others into the caster, healing them.
Snake: A form of Ice Snake. It is mainly used for utility.

Black Star: A form of Meteor. It is used to deteriorate people.
Dead Uprising: Summons two skeletons. They're very brittle.

Nightmare Rod: A staff used for dark magic, enhancing dark spells.
Dagger: It can summon death itself, you can see it if you stab yourself. (Sarcasm)

 

Slevis
You summon two skeletons for yourself. Their rusty iron swords most likely won't kill the guards, but will surely distract and hurt them. You use snake to get the emerald key. It works, and you pop it into the slot. Turning it, you open the door. You see what must be thousands of Liquid Emeralds. You hear one of your skeletons fall apart. You start to grab Liquid Emeralds. Filling your pocket and backpack, you look around. You see two sacks that can hold more items. In the vault, you see a table with teleportation scrolls. These are a rare and valuable magic item now, as the provinces have their borders closed. You also see a beautifully crafted Mithril Dagger propped against the wall. Looking farther into the room, you see a potion labeled "Not for Drinking" You hear your second skeleton go down.

"Anyways, it is said that upon killing the last orc, he was struck in the chest by a stray arrow. Legend says he crawled away to a cave and died there. Before he died, however, he was thought to have a scroll on him. One that granted the user unmatched strength and endurance. The Temple has vowed to protect artifacts like these from evil souls, but we cannot operate in gavel under these circumstances. I've been telling him this for days now."
