Final Form Amadel Op Or Am I Doing Something Wrong?

I was doing Wynn excavation site D. I crushed the first 2 bosses, then got to FF Amadel. I hit him with a meteor from a 39% spell damage Etheral. IT DID 500 HEALTH. Am I doing something wrong? Plz help I'll pay someone if they come online and help me kill him

 

He has quite a bit of elemental defense in his final form to all elements so unless you're really high level you'll need a good neutral damage weapon to kill him.

 

what is your level? what type of build are you using?
i suggest using bobs weapon

 

Oh. I'm 71 so I'm not able to use bobs mythic. Anything you guys can suggest that can help me kill him?

 

Corner and spam. Like every other boss in the game...

 

I'm not asking how to beat him I'm asking what do you use to beat him. 500 damage does nothing he just heals up

 

1: This boss has element defense to all elements, so Ethreal won't do much good. Trust me, I tried it. Use something like Olux's Prized Wand or another wand with high neutral dmg.
2: I can help you with this boss, as it is way to easy for me now
3: No, you are not doing anything wrong, just refer back to #1 to know what to do differently.

 

Master_NinjasHD if you can solo him, I'll pay you to do it for me. I do have oluxes prized by I want you to help. I'm online right now if ur ready

 

Idk tho about the elemental defense, i think damage calculations in general are just broken. I deal negative damage in some instances, and it seems as though raw defense affects base damage rather than the mutliplied damage (i had a level 30 wand dealing around 8k to me because i had water weakness in the nether) .

Elemental resistance for other reasons also seems kinda fucked. My nearly pure earth damage wand absolutely vaporizes amadel in a few hits, despite dealing negative neutral damage.

Tldr its not your fault, nor is it amadel's balance. Simply broken mechanics. Id help but can't get online rn
