When Did Wynncraft Open?

Title says it all, when is wynncraft's so-to-speak "birthday"?

During the Wynncraft Revolution, the legal separation of the Four Provinces from Minecraft occurred on July 2, 1776, when the Wynncraft Forums voted to approve a resolution of independence that had been proposed in June by Grian declaring Wynncraft independent from Minecraft rule. It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to Yahya Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with blocks, blocks, and more blocks, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.

Jumla's prediction was off by two days. From the outset, Wynncraftian's celebrated independence on July 4, the date shown on the much-publicized Declaration of Wynnndependence, rather than on July 2, the date the resolution of Wynnndependence was approved in a closed session of Mojang.

Historians have long disputed whether Mojang actually signed the Declaration of Wynndependence on July 4, even though Grian, Jumla, and Salted all later wrote that they had signed it on that day. Most historians have concluded that the Declaration was signed nearly a month after its adoption, on August 2, 1776, and not on July 4 as is commonly believed.

I don't know the exact date the server opened, but I do know that the trailer was posted on July 6th 2013 (3 days before my first connection on the server :D)

 

Actual answer: sometime around really late april 2013, I think the 30th. Pretty sure most of those members came from Craftedmovie.

I joined in 2012 and quit for 4 years O-o

 

29th of April 2013 was the first open beta date for the public, I remember being there

wynncraft wasn't opened in 2012 unless you were part of alpha testing which were a select few from crafted movie

 

I was shown this server in 2012 so..... Something's clearly wrong here

The open beta was in 2013. I think there was testing back in late 2012.

I would say if you've joined 2013 - 2014, you're a veteran by now. Or at least someone who has known Wynncraft for a long time and knows it's ins and outs.
