Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Eras is at the bottom of the pillar.
"Interesting new staff... I haven't seen anything like that before. Or if I have, I can't remember."

 

"Well I'm sure she has good reason to!" I say, annoyed.

An arrow hits me in the neck, and I fall to the ground; paralysed.

"Does Xlentia have mind powers?" Artemis asks, walking over.

 

"It has an interesting story behind it. Thanks for bringing me here, it seems to be sufficient for chronomancy."

"Yes, she does."

 

"Then she probably brainwashed Aj. That, or managed to scare him enough to make him her ally." Artemis says, looking at me, disappointed.

Abigail starts scribbling a little more frantically in her notebook.

 

"I hope that doesn't mean I have to kill him. I think I was starting to warm up to him."

 

"Killing him would cause your death by my hands." Artemis says with a serious tone, glaring at Ihra.

Abigail looks up, before turning back to her notebook.

 

I slowly close the door, and while doing so, whisper "Goodnight, Icicle.." Slowly walking back to my room, I try to remember what it was I was doing there.

 

"But I don't wanna die, and if he's with Xlentia, then he'll kill me!"

You find your open notebooks, but you can't figure out or remember what you were doing.

 

"From what I saw he wasn't acting in any way hostile. He doesn't have murderous intentions toward you; not now at least." Artemis says.

 

"But she wants to erase me with the staff! He doesn't know what he's saying!"
Ihra's freaking out.

 

"Well, Aj's not going to do any harm the way he is. And, if I recall, the staff can't erase; only create." Artemis says, her necklace pulsing a calming aura.

 

"She can give it the power to destroy- every soul inside. Mine included. I don't wanna die."

 

"Well maybe we'll have to tell Aj Xlentia's bad intentions, and hopefully we can change his mind." Artemis says.

"Nobody wants to die." Abigail says, scribbling in her notebook.

 

"But he said they're friends! I'm scared..."
The aura isn't working.

 

Artemis resorts to hugging Ihra.

"I'll keep him under control." Artemis says with a calming voice.

 

"Thank you. Because some of her jewels? Are the remains of her enemies."
She cries a bit, hugging Artemis.

 

Artemis gently pats Ihra on the back.

"Don't worry. She won't get you." Artemis says soothingly.

"I doubt it's pawsible for her to get close with Aj around." Abigail says oddly; the cat ears on her helmet twitching.

OOC: Where doing this man. Where making this happen.

 

"She could step on Aj to kill him, but thanks."

OOC: Pounce.

 

"I meant he could fr33ze time or something; but you're pawbably right." Abigail says oddly.

"I think that helmet is doing something to you..." Artemis says, concerned.

Abigail extends her claws defensively.

OOC: A pouncegr33ting?

 

"Let's go then."
I walk towards the doors at the end of the courtyard, where we came in. The doors open. Walking through, you can see a seal on the ground, which appears to be the way we came in from. You can see a door at the far end, behind it.
The pillars continue to radiate their colours... though you swear that the seventh pillars are crazily going through every colour possible, and several impossible ones too.
