Build Castle Ducksreach

So I host a small private Minecraft server (no you can't come on) and this was my base before the server was accidentally wiped. This was 100% done in Survival; the flat area you see outside the castle used to all be taiga and I had to mine (literally) over 9000 blocks of stone. It took about a month or two to create and I couldn't have done it without help from my friends.

I got inspiration for the project when my friend was building a vault from Fallout on the server. Me, desiring a new base, decided to one up my friend by building Dragonsreach. Needless to say, he never finished the vault.
If anyone's interested, I can post screenshots of our 'capital'. I also made a huge (10k x 7k) WorldPainter map for us to play on, so, yet again, if anyone's interested, I can post some screenshots.

WO-O-OAH... Now THAT'S the best thing I've seen in Survival in a loooooooong time. Bravo.

 

That looks amazing and I'm surprised you were able to build that in survival. If you were still building it you could make paths around the grounds inside the wall, plant some trees and have a little bone meal spam. But over-all I wish I could see the interior.

I was going to put paths but they wouldn't lead anywhere (besides the dungeon, but the placement of the dungeon makes no sense). And I actually have no idea why I didn't do bonemeal spam. We even had a skeleton farm and everything.

 

Ah memories. Shows you what a builder I am. I only got to the second room of the Vault by the time he finished this!

Unfortunately, I don't have any screenshots of the capital. Besides, it was kinda ugly since me and two other people were the only good builders there (no need to sound rude) but the town just looked pretty ugly. If I can find any screenshots, I'll post them, but just a fair warning.
