"I consider you a best friend." I say, winking.

"This. Is. Epic," I say, "Do you have a room that's full of gold coins with a diving board, and you dive into your wealth?"

 

"No, I just sleep in this. Consider it a throne. Though I originally found it troublesome, I suppose the mortal instinct of hoarding treasure is amusing at times. Certainly so when others revel at its sight."

 

"So... where exactly did Aj just go? I mean, one moment he was there, and now he's just... not."

I turn to Artemis
"You're slightly clairvoyant, yeah? Any way you'd be able to rid me of the feeling that he's getting into trouble?"

 

"Are you fire? Are you death?" I ask, smiling.

Artemis remains asleep by the large glowing purple crystal. She seems comfortable on the fluffy pillow she rests her head on.

"Artemis is clairvoyant, and has various other psychic powers." Stephanie says.

 

"And you aren't at all worried that Aj just spontaneously disappeared? After Abigail also just got kidnapped? Man, you people are weird."

 

"I was in denial, now I'm incredibly angry. I'm just very good at hiding it." Stephanie says.

A thick pillar of earth forms beside her, and she punches it extremely hard; causing cracks to appear on it. Stephanie keeps smiling, however.

 

"...I am Decay."
Xlentia looks at you, confused.

 

"Oh. I guess that sort of works. Do you, by any chance, own a ring that makes you go invisible upon wearing it?" I ask happily.

 

"Steal any of my possessions and you will become one of them."

 

"I wasn't planning on taking it. I was...never mind." I say, slightly saddened.

"What about a friendship hug?" I ask, holding my arms out and smiling.

 

"Good luck with that. I doubt you could wrap your arms around one of my claws."

 

"Can't you turn into like, a more 'Human' form? Rineth can do that; isn't it called reversion or something?" I ask.

 

"No, I can't. Neither can my brother. We're not interested in contortionist acts anyways. Though you're correct, it's called reversion."

 

"You have a bro? Does he live here or in some kind of light dimension?" I ask.

 

"He's... lost his physical body. He has yet to see that our world is a lost cause."

 

"He's still trying to save it even though it's hopeless?" I ask.

"I feel for you sister. Pretend I'm hugging you, because you're way too big for me to hug in my current form." I say.

 

"That's just... creepy."
She sets Abigail and Katie down next to you.
"Yes. I've been trying to get him to listen, but he won't give up. We were tasked to protect the inhabitants, not broken remains."

 

"So what do you plan on doing to get him to listen? Does this have to do with Ihra's staff?" I ask.

 

"Partially. I hope to stop him from keeping our world out of Oblivion using the staff as a distraction. Our people's pain has gone on long enough."

 

"Because that isn't at all creepy. So are we gonna hunt down this Crelcium guy, or just wait for him to come to us and kidnap more people?"
