    I am buying these items with the following stats.
    Vaward, 15%+ Spell Damage and 25+ total skill point buffs.
    Blue Mask, 78+ total skill point buffs.
    Far Cosmos, 45+ total skill point buffs.
    Prism, 15+ total skill point buffs.
    A 12+ total skill point buff bracelet.

    Post a picture of your items in the comments, it is fine if you don't, but it will be easier if you do.

    OK, I will pay 13LE, is that ok? Another option is 2 max xp Alazarin daggers, a max xp gale's force
    and my current 70 total stat buffs blue mask
