Archer/Hunter Freedom Build Guide V2.0!!!

Here is my 2nd build guide thread.
Anyways, let's begin.
Small disclaimer: This is not a perfect or the best build, so.. be careful.

!Warning! When you use this build, make sure you have at least 1 space in your inventory. Otherwise, you will cry from losing accessories by skill point glitch. (It's still a thing)

Edit, Mar 26: This is the current build I'm actually using. (The link goes to imgur) This does not mean this thread is outdated, but I found a way to use multiple weapons.

-=Summary=-
Damage:　[][][][][] 4/5: Not crazily damages, but covers all elements, and spam the spells!
Spell:　　　[][][][][] 5/5: 114 Int, 18/4s Mana Regen at max! (That's the point of this build)
Mobility: 　[][][][][] 4/5: Somewhat walk speed with Gale's Force.
Health: 　　[][][][][] 2/5: 9k health without Freedom, at least having 125 health regen.
Defense: 　[][][][][] 3/5: Archer's Base Def rate is the lowest, but still have some Agility.

There are lots of alternative version in this build, which means you can replace some pieces for more IDs you want to get!

P.S.: For those people whose level is still low
To use this build's Leggings and accessories, you'll need Lv. 100/99 at least.
You can use Libra, Lv. 91/Leggings of Desolation, Lv. 89/Golemlus Core, Lv. 90(bought from Earth Voucher) as a set of alternative. Kinda low HP, but damage is better and not bad elemental def.

Helmet: Blue Mask, Lv. 68
Powders: Free 2 T4-6 powders that you want the special. (2 slots)
This is an important one. You'll need a "really good" ID-ed Blue Mask, because this build requires lots of SP. Mine has 83 SP boost at total.

Chestplate: Aquarius, Lv. 95
Powder: [ ✦ ✦ ✦ ] (3 Thunder)
This is an important one too. You'll need a "good" ID-ed Aquarius, because this is the core of this build. Why? Yea, as you can see, 7/4s Mana Regen is really big. And 20% Spell Damage at max, which is really big as well.
About the powders, you probably should use Thunders in order to counter the elemental defense, but it's still optional.

Leggings: Hephaestus-Forged Leggings, Lv. 100
Powders: Free 2 T4-6 powders that you want the special. (2 slots)
This is another special one. This is from the quest, Qira Hive, bought from Master Voucher. This one has a lot of Health (4500), Health Regen (125), and lots of elemental defense. This is perfect to compensate the Blue Mask's low Health.

Boots: Memento, Lv. 92 OR Capricorn, Lv. 99
Powders: [ ✦ ✦ ✦ ] (3 Thunder, on Memento)
Powders: Free 3 powders what you want. (on Capricorn)
This is one of the mana regen stuffs. This one can have 4/4s mana regen at max, which is great. And some spell damage and XP bonus if you like. Good health also. :3
About the powders, probably 3 thunders in order to counter the defense. But it's pretty optional, so you can put what you want.

Another pick is Capricorn. The max mana regen is dropped to 2/4s, and health is lower, however, this one could have 26% spell damage at max, also some raw spell damage, and 16% walk speed at max. (also some Agi/Int boost)
With this spell damage boost, you can have even higher damage on this whole build.

Ring #1, #2: Prism, Lv. 100 OR Suppression, Lv. 76
Yea I chose Prism for some SP Boosts, and lots of Elemental Defense. But Prism is very hard to obtain and Lv. 100 req, so you can use Suppression for +6/4s Mana Regen if you like. Both would work completely fine, it's all up to you.

Bracelet: Nebulous, Lv. 99 OR Squid Anklet, Lv. 83
As you can see the pictures of these, this is similar select as the Rings. If you want some Elemental defense, use Nebulous. If you want +2/4s Mana Regen, use Squid Anklet.
But remember, Nebulous gives some Spell Damage (% and raw), so I personally prefer to use Nebulous.

Necklace: Clock Amulet, Lv. 86 OR Royal Stormy Amulet, Lv. 75
Yea, this is one of the select between Elemental defense or Mana Regen. If you go for Mana, choose Royal Stormy, if you go for Elemental Defense, choose Clock Amulet.
(Click here for the information of Clock Sets.)
(2/4s Mana Regen Stormy does exists, but really, REALLY rare, which is no longer obtainable from Quests.)

Golemlus Core, Lv. 90 (from Qira Hive earth voucher) also would work fine. Instead of losing 1/4s and high int, you can get high health regen.

Main Weapon: Freedom, Lv. 93 (4 Slots)
Powders: [ ✹ ✹ ❋ ❉ ] (Fire, Fire, Air, Water)
Hey, Freedom! Freedom is awesome, the best bow ever I loved.
About powders, I use Fire, Fire, Air, Water set. Basically courage seems strong for this elemental damage build, so I chose 2 Fire. Air and Water is for the Arrow Shield damage buff.
All tier 6 is highly recommended, but it also works with tier 4.

Sub Weapon 1: Bob's Mythic Bow, Lv. 75 OR Impeccable Granite Bow, Lv. 98 OR Infused Hive Bow, Lv. 100
Powders: None! Yes, cuz these are for neutral damage.
This is the sub weapon for this build. And this is only for fighting Qira, which basically only receives neutral damages. That's where these weapons come.

I basically fight those Qira with Arrow Storm, which is greatly buffed by raw Spell Damage. So, when I fight Qira, I use Millennium, Lv. 63. This one can have 293 raw Spell Damage at max, which helps so much to do some neutral damages.

Sub Weapon 2: Gale's Force, Lv. 95
Powders: [ ❋ ❋ ❋ ] (Air, Air, Air)
Totally not Gay's Force. It's Gale's Force.
First, you'll need 70 Agi to use this sub weapon. (You can probably get 70 Agi easily by putting your rest points though.)
The first reason I chose this is, for walk speed. By only Gale's Force, you can even get 39% Walk Speed. By holding this while you're moving from cities to cities, you can save lot of time.
The second reason is, for some Air damage, if you want. By putting 3 Air powders on this, it'll do tons of Air damage. Like, 6-8k on bomb, and 7k-10k on shield.

This is with 3 T4 air powders. (T6 recommended, if you have ones.)

Reqs:
30, 33, 50 (114), 33, 33

Spoiler: Some Description of Skill Points

Str (Strength):
Needed 30 for Freedom.

Dex (Dexterity):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 33 for the Leggings.

Int (Intelligence):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 50 for Memento.
If you have 114 or over Int, you'll get +70% percentage, which decreases Arrow Shield's cost to 3 mana.
That's why I love int.

Def (Defense):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 33 for the Leggings.

Agi (Agility):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 33 for the Leggings.
It might be good to add the rest of your skill points, since this build is for Archer.

I can use Apo instead of Alkatraz, and deal nearly 10k on first hit of uppercut

Actually it's not possible to deal 150k dmg, max <80k


Anyways, freedom still op and good build!

This looks like quite a powerful build! Luckily, even this has a drawback: that 6/2s mana steal. That sort of counters your mana regen.

However, mana/life steal only works in normal attack, which I never use. :p
So there's probably no problem if you had negative steals.

 

I thought mana steal worked when using spells. I seem to remember people using arrow storm with mana steal to have 'infinite arrow storm'. Not sure if it worked, but I think it did.

 

lol, "infinite arrow storm/multihit" is post-Gavel. It was nearly game-breaking tho.

 

also that rings is BAD if u are movign from very fast to super fast , let me explain
very fast is 2.9 times a second and super fast is 3.5 times a second
so lets say u have 10 damage
so 10 doubled by 2.9 = 29
10 doubled by 3.5 = 35
BUT then you get -20% spell damage
20% of 35 is 6
35-6 = 29
so its basically the exact same damage But with -65% melee damage
so ye
no good

I've tried this ring before, but I lost it because of freaking glitch,
It was REALLY good. It boosts damage about x 1.5.
I don't know the exact formula, but that was the result.
