Thorns Farming Build?

I've heard people mention build with thorns that you can just AFK at one spot and gather XP and loot, is it actually possible? I just want to know so when I get a clear answer i'll ask a mod to lock the thread or just delete it :P

I rember someone said endurance is extremely useful, I wanna try this at one point.

 

I would try it, but im a squishy ass archer who cant take more than 10 hits up there... If its safe to do though pls share

 

"caught" is it not allowed? And if not, holy crap wynn messed up their system lol.

 

The two main thorns items I've seen are Endurance and Sreggad. Endurance is a chestplate with below average everything... except maybe health and of course about 50% thorns. Sreggad are daggers which do about 40% thorns and reflection. However, they have really low damage.
The thing is, I'm pretty sure that you take damage even if you are attacked and you have thorns and reflection. The only thing that is different is that your attacker takes damage too.

 

But cant you have insane life steal to countter-act the dmg you take?

 

just note you are allowed to do this but if you don't respond to msgs or /summon it will be the same as using a macro to farm.

I would believe that would be to tp the player to the person who used it, i'm not quite sure though.

 

Oh, I imagine the mods dont use it that much.

 

I Tried it out once and guys, it is possible but extremely slow and not worth it.

 

How much thorns?
